To guide our focus areas, we focus on social determinants of health to uncover issues impacting Idaho. The social determinants of health are the conditions and environments in which people are born, live, learn, work and play that affect a wide range of health functioning and outcomes. By connecting these root cause issues with the Foundation’s focus areas of Community, Education and Healthcare, we are able to focus our efforts for the greatest possible impact.
